Can I use generated videos for commercial projects?
Yes. You are granted full ownership of the videos you generate for commercial use—including YouTube monetization, social media ads, and marketing campaigns, provided you comply with local laws.
Is this a monthly subscription service?
No, we offer a pay-as-you-go model. You can buy credits as needed. They accumulate and remain in your account until used.
Do credits expire?
No, your purchased credits never expire. They remain in your account permanently and can be used anytime for video generation.
How are credits consumed?
Credits are consumed based on video resolution and length. Higher resolutions (1080P) and longer clips use more credits. All pricing is transparently displayed before generation.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer a 7-day refund guarantee if you have used less than 20% of your purchased credits. Please visit our Refund Policy page for more details.
What resolutions are supported?
Vidu Q3 Pro supports 540P, 720P, and 1080P video generation. The Starter plan includes 540P, Creator includes 720P, and Pro includes full 1080P support.
What is the video length?
Each generation creates 4-8 second video clips. You can use our First & Last Frames Control feature to create smooth transitions for longer sequences.
