Welcome to Vidu Q3 Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Shengshu Technology ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the Vidu Q3 Pro website, software, and AI-powered video generation services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate security protocols.

3. Permitted Use and Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to bypass, decompile, or reverse-engineer the underlying AI models (including U-ViT architectures).
  • Use any automated system (bots, crawlers) to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages than a human can reasonably produce.
  • Create content intended to deceive or mislead (e.g., unauthorized deepfakes).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • User Content: You retain ownership of all input data and the resulting AI-generated videos created through your account.
  • Our Service: All software, algorithms, trademarks, and branding associated with Vidu Q3 Pro remain the exclusive property of Shengshu Technology.
  • License to Us: You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Subscription Plans: Access to premium features is subject to the fees outlined on our Pricing Page.
  • Billing: All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Service.
  • Refills/Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your account settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHENGSHU TECHNOLOGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST TWELVE MONTHS.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Shengshu Technology is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
