Vidu Q3 Terms of Service | User Agreement and Policies

1. Eligibility

●

Promotes violence, hate speech, harassment, or discrimination

●

Attempts to bypass, disable, or interfere with platform safety systems

●

Uses automated tools to scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service

We reserve the right to monitor content and enforce these rules using automated or manual review systems. The Company may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3. User Content & Responsibility

You retain ownership of the content you provide and generate through the Service.

However, you are solely responsible for:

The Company does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, lawful, or free of third-party rights.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of any underlying technology.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require payment.
