Vidu Q3 Terms of Service | User Agreement and Policies

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

By creating an account, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute content that:

Is illegal, harmful, abusive, or defamatory

Contains NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material

●

Depicts nudity or sexual content in a manner that is exploitative, inappropriate, or not permitted by applicable law

●

Involves minors in any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative context

●

Creates deepfakes or synthetic media of real individuals without proper consent

●

Infringes upon any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights

●

Promotes violence, hate speech, harassment, or discrimination

●

Attempts to bypass, disable, or interfere with platform safety systems

●

Uses automated tools to scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service

We reserve the right to monitor content and enforce these rules using automated or manual review systems. The Company may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3. User Content & Responsibility

You retain ownership of the content you provide and generate through the Service.

However, you are solely responsible for:

Ensuring you have the rights to use any uploaded materials

●

Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

●

Any use, publication, or distribution of generated outputs

The Company does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, lawful, or free of third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

Vidu Studio Team retains its rights in the original parts of the Service that it develops or owns, including the website, user interface, platform software, and original written content.

Third-party AI models, APIs, software, product names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to their terms. We do not claim ownership of those third-party technologies or marks.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of our platform technology or any third-party technology to you. Your rights in uploaded materials and generated content are addressed in Section 3.

5. Payments and Credit Purchases

Certain features of the Service require credits. Paid credits are offered only through one-time credit-pack purchases.

Prices and the number of included credits are disclosed before checkout

●

Each credit pack is a separate purchase charged only after you confirm the order

●

We do not offer subscriptions, automatic renewals, or recurring charges

●

Buying additional credits requires a new purchase and payment authorization

●

Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)

●

We do not store full payment card information

Refunds, if applicable, are governed by a separate Refund Policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms.

You may discontinue use of the Service at any time.

Upon termination, your access to the Service and associated data may be restricted or deleted.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidu Studio Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding twelve (12) months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vidu Studio Team and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
